Wonderful, amazing, beautiful people. I’m not one for hyperbole, but they are the most genuine, professional and lovely people I’ve met all the way, from the carers to the management. Their commitment to providing genuine care, not just showing up and running through the motions, is such a great relief
and continue to be of significant help not just to Mum’s physical but mental well-being as well. They are extraordinary and are a big part of our family.
